Join us for a peaceful and guided meditation session every Saturday morning (with some exceptions—please check our website event calendar before attending).
Session Schedule:
Guided Meditation: 9:00 AM – 9:30 AM
Silent Meditation: 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM
Please arrive by 8:45 AM to ensure a smooth start and maintain a peaceful atmosphere.
